In a small class setting, learn to formulate skills for sustainable living with mindfullness practices and by immersing in a sensory experience of sculpting, building, collecting, pretending and creating natural pigments and paints using fruits, vegetables, spices and minerals. I will guide you through the process of creating the original egg tempera paint and using it on a work of art. Together we will meet for 4 hours each day on Tuesday and Thursday from 11am - 3:00 pm. During morning session we will take the art outdoors and play with nature, recreating natures treasures with organic materials and forest putty. In the afternoon second half we dive into the art of traditional egg tempera painting using the organic painter's pallet. Projects include fresh fruit and vegetable juicing, tasting and the preparation of all paints which will be made from scratch. In addition to providing a freshly prepard healthy organic snack and spend time outdoors weather permitting, all materials are Included in this 4 hour class. Optional BYOL (bring your own lunch)
